Daughters First Deer

My 11 year old daughter Haley wanted to go youth hunting this year. She let me know plenty early ( like normal ):eek: So 2 weekends ago we went out and shot my 22LR for a afternoon then shot with our 243. She was not to quick on finding things in the scope. Well yesterday morning we had sat an hour and a very nice buck walks up quickly. She couldnt find him in the scope and POOF he was gone. A whole 20 seconds to hand her the rifle get it up aim and shoot. I told her thats just part of hunting and just be ready there may be another one following it. 5 minutes later she seen this little buck and scored a good hitC:\Users\robert\Pictures\2011-11-06 youth season

Congrats To all the first timers my seven year old got his first during youth season. A nice big doe. And Jodis youngest got his first buck so we had a great youth season at the farm with three generations enjoying deer camp together the way it should be.Thanks for listening. Dax
